I'm Elizabeth McDow. I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I was a normal kid, so I thought, until I grew up and realized that it was not that common to have headaches all the time. That to feel groggy in the afternoon did not have to be the case. I realized that I was regularly bloated, dealing with awful headaches and that chronic migraines was no way to live life abundantly. My food allergies were on the rise and caffeine was necessary, everyday. My immune system was very poor and  I had unexplained fevers and aches and pains. For the past 2.5 years I have been migraine free, no loner bloated, full of much more energy and abundance and feeling like I was finally in control of my health and lifestyle.

Now I have a wonderful husband and we have a growing family - we are expecting a pumpkin in October! I still sing opera, send as much time with my family as possible and I love to be in the kitchen creating new things or trying out recipes that have been shared with me. I love to jump in the pool at the end of a hot day and my two dogs still warm my heart.

A Little About Me

I was looking for more than a quick fix or a diet book. I wanted to make lifelong changes. This happened for me when I attended the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I was always interested in health, but when I graduated as a certified integrative nutrition health coach I wanted to offer program that would help people take small steps towards lifelong, sustainable changes. 

If you are feeling confused about what to eat, then this program is for you. But, let me warn you, this program about much more than just the food on your plate. 

What's the difference between Clean Eating and a Diet?

There was a time in my life that I took the bait. I was desperate for help. I bought every book out, watched all the shows, and spent hours on the internet researching the "right foods for my body." What I discovered is that there IS no "right" food, that we are all different and have unique nutritional needs.
